I still have lots of body fat left (seriously) b/c I ate too much cake over the winter! I'm only 5'7" in frame. I hope to get down to 145 by race day - that's 5lbs below my healthy weight. It's been gradual and believe me, I'm not starving. I actually feel better lighter and obviously I won't have to carry much around in Penticton. :)
145 may be too light for you bud..... but only YOU will know how you feel once you get close to that weight.....
