Hammer: Blair, Glad you enjoyed orienteering in the Dundas Valley. The course you ran is one of our permanent courses. That one was called "The World Champion". WEre the ribbons still there?

Dundas Valley is great for orienteering but with all the rain the slopes must have been tough to run (especially the last one to the finish).

I should have given you the map of Queenston Heights to run on during the week.

What hotel costs that much in Niagara-on-the-lake?
Prince of Wales, Piller and Post?

BTW several guys in GHO are going for a 2.5 hour run at 8am on Saturday in the Dundas Valley.

blairtrewin: It was the Prince of Wales.

I was planning to go for a run with Nick Duca tomorrow based from Milton, but he's injured. Would have been interested in 2.5 hours in the Dundas Valley but I think getting there by 8 from Toronto using public transport will be too difficult - thanks for the thought though.
