I assume if you are coming to the COC in the Yukon you have long since made your accommodation plans. However if you are still looking for the COC weekend (July 22 to 24) I have something that may interest you.
I've rented a cabin in Carcross for the three nights. It is a bit closer to the Friday and Sunday races than Whitehorse and on the edge of the Saturday long race in Carcross.
Check out http://www.carcrosscabin.com/ . Its a funky little place. It has one extra bed, good for one or two people. $200 for the weekend for one, $300 for two.
