Temperature/humidity?? How much liquid did you drink? How concentrated was your G? Weight before and after? Any salt tabs?? Swollen belly or hands/feet? Pee colour?

Cramping and vomiting would tend to say take salt tabs... but would depend on answers to above.

Like you say.. good to be fnding this out and addressing this now.

I'm thinking I needed more lunch... less concentration of G. 3tbl spoons per fuelbelt flask (pretty stupid eh?). Was going to mix with water but didn't taste bad. I did have lots of salt on the back of my calves. Was warm and windy so maybe I didn't notice the humidity. Haven't been using salt tabs. Guess I'll try that amoung others things here. Have next week's big effort. Pee wasn't bad... stomach didn't feel swollen until I pushed it... Thanks Tim! I dropped 9.5lbs...

A bottle = 4 flask and not sure about water amount but was drinking 3 sips every 10 minutes after 2nd hr. 1/2 flask every 15 minutes of G for a total of 1 bottle in two hours.

What's that ... 3x the recommended conc???, plus some dehydration maybe... probably no extra salt needed.. it probably would have made things worse.

Yeah... 3x probably. Sorry... I don't know what I was thinking. Paid for it though. Guess I deserved it. Won't make that mistake again this summer.
