Better to run easy and not get injured than to try and push too hard on it too soon.......
Thanks, I will try! I am definitely in 'train' mode atm so torn between being careful and trying to avoid slipping back into lazy mode. Not sure what is wrong with it, to be honest - feels odd but doesn't detetriorate like a classic strain. Might be some referred oddness from the disaster of a knee. Might just be a reaction to increased (from zero) training.
