Ahhhhh, i would say that all runs just seem the same in Stockholm. There are never any interesting routes with strange weather to talk of like i'd have had in Dublin. And the gym stuff is classic 15 reps kind of crap. With planking among other core stuff. Basically, there is nothing interesting to report. Nevertheless i don't have time to blog each training anymore since i'm working.
The only thing of interest is that my ankle is still pretty sore and i'm building into the winter training period. Plus i'll give it one more shot to get through a winter/spring training period with no injury for the first time in my life. Just give me that once mother nature!
But enough about me, how've you been?
