Do you do those 100 whatevers all at once, or are they spread out in sets?
All at once, or at least the clock is running. I had to stop 3 x on the kb swings, about 8x on the ring rows, 2 x on situps and once on squats. It is more common for the workout to be in sets, but this one was straight through.
I realize that you can't do pushups at the moment because of your wrist, but can you do 100 without stopping? That would be very impressive.
No. I would have to stop several times. It would be at least theoretically feasible to build up to it, though.
