Looking at your intervals, I would say that you did a pretty good job at pacing yourself. Hard intervals with partial recovery (rest time shorter than interval time) are very difficult. Your second set power was in line with the first set.
Good feedback thanks...for the 1st set I started with the mind set that I could maintain 200 Watts but that proved to be too much to stay with...thus dropping down to 175 to 180 watt goal.
