| 'Bent: | Good for you. I find the trainer so-o-o boring for long rides. If I'm at an easy level it's no biggie, but when pushing every second lasts forever. Outdoors I can push like that for ages.
I have a couple of neat DVDs for the trainer. One is a handlebar-cam from Robby Ventura's bike, with displays of HR, Watts, etc and he coaches you through it on the audio. I also just got a helmetcam of a lap of the Albion Summer Solstice from the lovely Bash, but no sound track. |

| Leanimal: | I have to be watching a movie and the funny thing is I didn't feel like I was working too hard but my heart rate was up (maybe it wasn't reading properly). You would think I knew what my heart rate was by now but I don't!
I could sure use some DVDs so I might have to borrow them from you sometime. What about your homemade version? Not long enough I guess - and maybe the sideways bits would get rough to watch - hehe! Yes the trainer is sooooo boring. Hey check out the new Salomon Saab Raid format on their site....interesting and hard! |

| 'Bent: | Oh, I also have Lance's 7th Tour de France on DVD.
I've almost ridden the whole thing. Can you post Salomon Saab Raid website please? My homemade version is fine if you want a 5 minute ride I guess. |

| Tiny: | Now people do understand that this is in France right? Bill was telling me it's in Quebec, but when I google it's coming up as Savoie Mont Blanc being in France. |

| Bash: | I think the Raid World Champs were in Quebec in fall 2006, but the 2007 event is in France. |
