Molly,

You don't need to give me the interval by interval detail, just some comments on the overall feel, etc, as well as any questions you have. You commented:

"Still starting out too hard (I think) because I can't maintain the watts from interval to interval." Pacing takes experience and you will learn it.

Ate breakfast 2 hours before workout don't know if that was too close which created feeling of wanting to throw up or it was just hard work." Two hours is enough time, but I would avoid eating hard to digest things like meats.

"Wasn't able to get to and maintain a Zone 5 heart rate of 172 to 180." Remember, it takes 3 minutes or longer for HR to respond to effort.

Thanks for the feedback, the interval info right now is more for me... trying to see relationship between Watts and HR.

Don't get me wrong, as I like having as much info as possible. What you are doing is a good idea. Try to get an idea of the relationship between HR/power/RPE
