You don't need to give me the interval by interval detail, just some comments on the overall feel, etc, as well as any questions you have. You commented:

Thanks for the feedback, the interval info right now is more for me... trying to see relationship between Watts and HR.
Don't get me wrong, as I like having as much info as possible. What you are doing is a good idea. Try to get an idea of the relationship between HR/power/RPE
