Where did you get my old training diaries from?
The bit where I'm injured, hide it with drugs (voltaren), go for a run, feel good so end up running flat out or sprinting
The drugs don't really hide it...fortunately. Doesn't seem to matter too much what I do, I have a limit of about 30min before it starts to complain, so I figure I may as well do something solid in the time I've got. The Voltaren just allows me to go on for a bit longer before I have to stop.
