So now you know you can read the map at a faster pace. Now you've just got to get so you need only 10% of your brain to maintain the pace, while the other 90% can think about what's on the map (and keep track of where you're going too). And then knock that 10% down to 5%, or 2%, or 1%.
At that pace it's probably 10% to keep the pace, 10% to read the map, and 80% brain dysfunction. It's quite important to be able to read the map with only 6% brain.
Yikes, 3:10! You are really fast. While I'm happy you had such a good workout, you have struck fear into me.
Yeah, I mean, so not mentally taxing to just run that fast, but try to give me a map and 3.10 will certainly not happen...
