Discussion: leg time from GO to Finish

On the green course results, several participants have split time of over 4 minutes on the leg from last control to finish.

This is correct. Nadim made a mistake leaving the last control (didn't see the streamered flags on the trail to the finish) and lead a couple other people the wrong way. :-( Nadim was leading Green at the last control; his error dropped him to 2nd.

For a moment I thought it was a technical malfunction of the electronic control that timestamped the wrong time. I initially had that thought because i just downloaded my GPS track and split times (data from pressing the Lap button after e-punching a control), and had noticed that one leg time had a 20 second discrepancy between the GPS recorded lap time and the electronic control time. Someone explained to me later that it could be because that specific electronic control was not synched with the rest.
