On Sunday, January 15th, 2012 GAOC will host the Southeast Interscholastic Orienteering Championships at Mistletoe State Park in Appling, Georgia.

The SEIS will offer the following classes:

Interscholastic Varsity Male (ISVM), Interscholastic Varsity Female (ISVF)
Interscholastic Junior Varsity Male (ISJVM), Interscholastic Junior Varsity Female (ISJVF)
Interscholastic Intermediate Male (ISIM), Interscholastic Intermediate Female (ISIF)
Interscholastic Primary Male (ISPM), Interscholastic Primary Female (ISPF)

In addition to the SEIS classes there will also be the following classes for non-SEIS competitors:

M-Red, F-Red
M-Brown, F-Brown
M-Green, F-Green
M-Orange, F-Orange
M-Yellow, F-Yellow
M-White and F-White

Team Awards will be presented for the Varsity, Junior Varsity, Intermediate and JROTC teams.

Individual awards will be presented for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each class.

Preliminary fees for the “B” meet are $15 for Juniors (M20) and $20 for adults.

Stockbridge High School will be providing meals. Lunches will be available for pre-order - $6 will include a barbeque sandwich or hamburger, coleslaw, baked beans and a drink. Hot chocolate, coffee and tea will be provided for free!

Short sleeved SEIS 2012 t-shirts will be available for $10 in sizes S, M, L, and XL.

That is the best value in the country. Formidable, indeed. Must-go.

Map is 15 yrs old, but who cares. Lots of fun in the woods, guaranteed
