If you go in with others on this deal, the room rate can be as low as $40 to $80 per night per person. Keep in mind that you get a very nice breakfast buffet ($10-$15 value) that starts as early as 6 AM, which is great for days with early starts. The location is also very central for the venues. If you are getting a room for just yourself, look at the lodgings web page (http://baoc.org/wiki/Schedule/2012/Ski-O_Tour) which was fully updated today for the Tahoe area or contact Alison (skiingali@googlemail.com), who is coordinating singles and small groups into larger lodging groups. If you are going with a large group, look into staying in a cabin (there are many for rent in Tahoe Donner, Serene Lakes (more affordable but not so central), and Tahoe City (great location for the last 3 days) for rates that work out to around $40 or $50 per night per person (remember to calculate in cleaning and 10% tax).

To coordinate rides or lodging with others, see Alison Crocker (skiingali@googlemail.com). She is taking care of this to help people save on expenses.
