At Coop? - you might ask. Well, Sweden closed all non-business post offices some years ago and now farm out the counter services to stores, gas stations etc. Seems to work. Marginal town's service has a better likelihood to survive as well as the enterprise handling it. Something for the US Postal Service to consider now in pull-back times. Of course, Saturday deliveries have been gone for a long time (1987).

And actually, speaking of Swedish postal joy NEOC#1, I received another package today as well. This time at work and it contained a great surprise gift of a CSU/Icebug Buff. Tack så mycket! Det är jättevacker.

...and of course the quality and joys delivered by the Swedish Post Office have deteriorated (even completely disappeared in some cases) since I left my job there to pursue a different career ;)

Väl bekomme! That was quick. Thought that your s-mail box needed some usage. Did you do any work yesterday besides sipping glögg?

I did quite a lot of work between singing, glögg and then more singing and glögg in the forest :)

It was nice to have such quality bookends to my day!
