| Rosstopher: | It seems to me that orienteering racing could be more youth friendly because the impact on the body is lower. You can get longer mileage without getting bored, and you don't run as fast. It seems that many young athletes love to compete and are not at all interested in training ( myself included as a young 'un) ; orienteering races just seem to be more like distance training than distance racing. |
