oh completing all hw in a good amount of time is a good one (i guess i really need to stop chatting while doing hw)

running a lot more and putting together a training schedual so i can follow something! My training right now stinks and todays run proved how badly i need to start doing more.

eatting better and drinking more water.

getting to as many o-ing events as possible.

Hmm good, one. For me, its getting serious about training instead of dogging it. Still in it for fun, but as above, eating better and setting a more agressive training schedule.

Not eating at any fast food restaurants for 2007...

Ooh, that's a toughie if you've got road trips planned...

A few years ago I decided to cut out fast food cold turkey, except I allowed myself one visit per month to my (then) favorite. That seemed to work out pretty well, and over time my desire to eat there dwindled. Now I feel just a little queezy just thinking about eating there. ;-)

Maybe something like this. I'm probably somewhere around 100 controls ever.

Pizza, when made correctly, is definitely not fast food.

yeah i know some pizza around where i live is totally fast food, but there are about two places where i would not call it fast food. oh and when my mom/ sister make pizza. so yeah it depends on how it is made.

Actually, I've found that fast food joints are a good way to stay on the straight and narrow. Since I don't much care for 90% of their menu, I end up getting a salad and tea. If I eat at a normal restaurant, I'm much more likely to be tempted by something I probably shouldn't eat.

Fast food restaurants have been deemed something you can drive thru and have an associated deep fryer. I prefer to look at it as I won't eat at any restaurant that doesn't serve alcohol:-)... I can still eat "fast food" in the sense I could have a burger and fries at Earls for example. I just can't eat "in/at/from" fast food restaurants. Not really a biggy until it comes to ice cream in the summer as I'm a veggie and don't eat fast food much as it is.

Resolved: to spend more time training than hanging out on Attackpoint.

yeah that is a good one. I spend way to much time reading what everyone else is doing when i really could be training myself

Hmmm - I guess I´m still a long ways from reaching that goal...

Well, well - better start right away: Off to Night orienteering in 2 hours! In January ?, in a snowless forest ?, in Sweden ?
(but I´d rather be skiing!)
