| Leanimal: | Yup I might need to look at that this weekend! I'll bring my power yoga DVD to trade. |

| Tiny: | Try doing intervals of different lengths/speeds I find this is the key to forgetting about the time because you're to busy thinking about the intervals. Two that like to use early in the season are:
short sprints of 30s on/30s off. Do 10 recover for 5 minutes at a steady pace and start again. longer sprints 15 s off in between each, 15, 30, 45 1min, 1:15, 1:30 and back down. Then as you get longer into the season I'll do less sprints and more longer intervals, 4 min on 4 min off. If you want a tough workout borrow Bent's crit DVD. This one is really good. |

| Leanimal: | Sounds good to me now if I could just find some way to make that saddle on my road bike more comfortable. I have already found an old gel seat in the basement and put that on. It slides around a lot though - oh the excuses I could come up with.
I'll try the intervals next ride - thanks for the info. |
