Good to see you're still doing your normally insane workouts...

Hey ma'am, just getting back into things here at Knox. Got back after the New Year's though, so January is a glorious tax free month. Haven't really attempted much of the running side of things yet, although it could be ugly -- not much room to run on a 100 x 100 yard COP.

I finished the last 6 months of my deployment as a PL and, everyone came home (some in better shape than others), so all is good on that front. Hope you, the sir, and the kids are doing well (still at Lewis, I think?).

Good, I'm glad to hear you and your troops are home safely. We were guessing you were out somewhere small once you fell off AP. Small base camps are bad enough, I'd imagine that COP intervals probably get old. ;-) It'll come back fast, though.

We're doing well, still at Lewis. Kevin Culberg just got here, so we subject him to regular doses of insanity in the forms of dinner and orienteering. I'm hanging out with a bunch of aviators, which is fun. Jon's still a battalion XO and very busy. We're hoping to see some / all of USMAOC out here for intercollegiates in the spring. Right now, we're just enjoying an extended (really extended) long weekend with all the snow and ice.

Welcome back!
