I work with Jaz's coach so she had an idea to incorporate this into my traithlon training. My goal is to work on strength and power. Some of the WODS are obviously pretty taxing so we thought doinn some of those WODS the same day as my tri training. We felt there might be a negative effect there. Each week I will send her my workouts and she will design my WOD's accordingly. Primary reason is to go with my goal of strength, power, and getting explosive strength.

interesting because when I as at my strongest I was going low reps and trying working to single and trying to push more weight every week. it worked.

I like it do far, no too taxing and feeling some strength gains. I think you are right Olympic lifting is where it's at! #power
