Stinky Pete: you were rocking it. just one of those things. no way to predicty, train for or overcome once it happens. I did the same thing playing soccer. The snap was some ligements. You will heal and we will be on with the rest of the year.

mikee: Hey Roger, sorry to hear that! What a pity during such a great run! Congratulation to your performance anyway. Give your ankle enough rest to heal completley - focus on swimming for a while ;-).

roschi: yup, maybe its a blessing in disguise... as they say "you should have seen the other guy".. actually there was one guy that tore his ligaments, not pretty.. anyhow, foot feels ok today, probably just because when i move every body part is in flaming pain, the foot feels no worse :)

Stinky Pete: how did Hart and Krissy end up?

222: An acomplishment to be proud of Roger. Great job! Heal up and get back on it.

roschi: HART and Krissy did great, as expected... hart finished 2n in the 100k (actually just checking i finished 5th, kind of funny given that i never wanted to do the 100k to begin with) and krissy broke the female course record by like 1h30... she raced smart, did not catch me until end of lap 2 but then took off like a rocket... foot is fine, swollen but ok for hiking and flat road running.,..
