| Craig: | I never thought I would see the day when your best leg placing in a triathlon was on a bike leg (11th on second bike leg). Just goes to show how specific training is. |

| Tooms: | That freaked me out a bit too!!! Maybe the short distance of the leg helped?? And I was on my lonesome for the whole of that ride, none of my usual trying-to-legally-draft. You get what you train for, as you say.
Next I'll have to shave my legs (never) and turn-up on time - I arrived as the briefing was concluding so no warm-up other than wrestling the wettie on! |

| Boltboi: | Did you also employ the lack of sleep and a mars bar b4 the start principle?? |

| Tooms: | Unfortunately circumstances have changed somewhat and I cannot go for the aerobic sleep deprivation model. I'll have to work pretty quickly to get my preparation in order for Lake Lesch. this weekend!!! |

| Boltboi: | Surely theres some volunteers at your work place that will assist you in your preparation. |

| Tooms: | Work and play should never mix Mr Dalton... should they? |
