Nuts! Hope you feel better soon. Not sure if some tasty beverage would help with the quality of your sleep - tea, or hot chocolate? Since tasty beverage wouldn't ameliorate whatever physiological state is contributing to your fatigue, I guess it would only have placebo effects.
