| Tooms: | We rode pretty slowly from Narrows to UWA but I went home quicker than planned as I went past a girl on a tri bike who then drafted on me along Lemnos and had the cheek to go past at a set of traffic lights when I did the right thing and stopped. Of course I had to chase but unfortunately she headed along Empire - meaning the last two hills were tough as a matter of principle! Average was 27 point something on bike confuser...?
It was cruisy - just the 4 or 5 efforts on the hills, doesn't mean my legs weren't a bit weary though! |
