Craig: I remember swimming a 200 in under 3 minutes once (2:59 I think) but it was a single effort (or maybe 4,3,2,1 with long rests?) in a 25m pool. Even that would probably take me over 4 minutes now.

Tooms: I remember that time we swam together over east and you were swimming 1.23 or 1.27 for your 100s - I was very impressed that an orienteer could swim!! Imagine if you had a dive start...
