The official DVOA Jukola and Venla Team Rosters have been finalized. We are pleased to announce that Suzanne Armstrong, a long-time orienteer, and a former World Orienteering Championship US Team Member is joining our Venla Team as the fourth and final member.

CSU is fielding a team, though the exact membership and order has yet to be determined. Is Jukola to be the unofficial US Relay Championships? Will Canada send their "Eh" team? Stay tuned!

Nice! I'm glad to see Nate and Alison are on the team. This event is a great way to get pumped up for a lifetime of orienteering. I loved it! Just don't trust the people that are around you in the woods too much.

I didn't know William was a CSU member?

I have tried to unjoin (including not paying membership dues for several years now) but it appears impossible.

Resistance is futile?

Maybe feet just isn't grumpy enough.

Or maybe standards aren't high enough?

Now it´s time for me to decide which foot to stand on - and it´s a tough choice.

My initial efforts as team coach started with CSU at Jukola in 2006 + Tiomila in 2008. Also helped DVOA in 2007 (where I actually ended up running instead of an injured Karl A) - I still proudly wear the team jersey occasionally.

I may actually be running once again in a veterans team so time for coaching is probably limited anyway. It will be great to meet everyone again all the same...

PS.
There are three returning runners in the DVOA Jukola team (Vadim, Clem and Balter) and two in the Venla team (Sandy, Dasha) while CSU are putting up an almost identical team with the 2006 version. Only PG is missing and substituted by Biggins.

One of the DVOA Venla team will be there, hopefully running for her Norwegian club, so we can almost have a mini-reunion.

Yeah, I thought so and with myself there will be four from the DVOA Jukola team...

the Ontario/Canada team might still be there, so bubo do not sign any contract yet :)
