| Bash: | ... on finishing as the top GHO woman and tied for 2nd woman overall. Yay! |

| Slice: | Thanks Bash!! It was fun, but I sure couldn't have done so well without Leanimal! |

| Bash: | It was fun having some serious female competition out there today - and you both kicked my butt!! (As did two other women.) Too bad you'll be in Fort Frances in March, so I won't get another chance to try to chase you down in this year's Thomass series. Next year!!! :-) |

| Slice: | How do I un-sick-ify myself on AP?? When I first put up a note about being sick I didn't use the special injury form, I just clicked on the "sick" box. Yesterday I noticed that I was still sick so I went in retrospectively, filled out an "injury" tracking form for the sickness, said that it ended yesterday but now it still shows me as sick. I even un-checked the "sick" boxes in all the other days that I had put in notes about being sick. Why does it still show me as sick (purple)? |

| Bash: | Attackpoint normally shows your training time and activities for the past 7 days (unless you go into detail, looking at monthly or yearly summaries). Thus if you have been sick or injured in the past week, you stay purple or red until the last day of your sickness/injury rolls off your 7-day log. In your case, this will happen on Thursday. The idea is that you've been sick over the past week, and if someone is looking at your training hours/activities over the past week, it is relevant to know that you weren't feeling 100%. Looking at your current total, there aren't many weeks when you've logged only 1 hr 58 min of training, so obviously something was amiss! |

| Bash: | BTW, how did the car shopping go? |
| # Posted 2007-01-29 23:08:44 | |
| Slice: | Okay, thanks for the tips! Now I understand.
Car shopping was okay. Didn't really find anything super-fantastic and am looking forward to going to a dealer that Hansel's dad knows and that we can trust. There seems to be some shady dealers out there! Then I went home and sat at the desk for 5 hours. I guess the ski was great because any skiing is pretty great and especially skiing with lots of friends. I'm jealous! |

| urthbuoy: | The real answer to "wellness".
Just click on the rhs where your log says you're sick/injured. In the screen that comes up you'll notice a little button that says recovered - I'm sure you've got the rest:-). |

| Bash: | That's cool, urthbuoy - I didn't know that!
Oh, I see now (after briefly making myself sick and unsick!) That's what you need to do when you have filled out the special sickness form, which Slice did in attempting to extricate herself from illness. |

| Bash: | And yes, we missed you at Hardwood Hills, Slice. It was a great day with excellent snow conditions - and what a terrific workout attempting to keep up to Billy, even when he was obviously trying hard not to lose us all. |

| Slice: | Maybe we could head for a ski on Saturday Feb 17th in the afternoon (unless you'll be vetting your course)?? |
| # Posted 2007-01-30 01:26:11 | |
| Bash: | I'd love to, but that's looking like a busy day for several reasons now. If it works out for anyone else, I will be looking for training mates on the Feb. 10 weekend, while 'Bent is at the Canadian Ski Marathon. |
