| Rachel: | Jasmin Dillon I'm guessing? Fellow massage therapist I met at a Rob Granter workshop a couple of years ago. I am seeing her for a massage tomorrow. She trained for NY mara last year and did 3:09, I think. |

| Tooms: | And I bet she said something to the effect of "It was great fun and really easy running with those hacks...". Brian bailed at 35mins, Sarah at 40mins both headed back on the flat. Wil and Mike T kept on keeping on as we looped back for them, eventually Wil piked and started walking!
An eventful run, 1 fall (JD), 3 ankles (JT,JD,W) and 3 pikes (BD,SD,W). But my abs still don't hurt... woo-hoo! |

| Rachel: | Coming to the conclusion that orienteers always cut the corners & choose all the boggiest slowest tracks to run on...oh yes, and her stack making her feel like a doofus were all mentioned... |

| Tooms: | Yeah, there was that, about 4mins into the run I stumbled on a bit of limestone on an otherwise nice firm sand track - then she tripped on it and just about brought me down as she fell behind me!
It'll do me good if those two come along again, I am capable of running at their pace but it puts into the "comfortably hard" zone that I've grown unfamiliar with over the last 18months or so... |
