Discussion: Orienteering in Paris

I have an uncle in Paris (Chatou sepcifically) for the next two weeks. He's hoping he can find some orienteering events nearby this weekend or next.

I've had a look at the ffco website but didn't have the patience to go through and find the location of each event for him. Can anyone advise?

13 mai in Larchant will be fabuleux. Wonderful terrain. Like, magnifique. And incontournable.

Damn, maybe I should have travelled for those...
Also on the 20th is a national event in the SE of France, Aix Marseille direction, which would be worth taking a TGV for.

Maybe someone can help me as well! I am going to be in the French Alps, an hour SE of Geneva, from May30 till June 12th. Any events in the vicinity? We will have a car so even northern Italy is an option
