fthfl stwrd rudy: It did help. Actually, I think experience does have a lot to do with it, but also yoga, and other stuff. I think a lot of physical ailments are of mental or spiritual origin, that God is trying to get our attention. Hope that all doesnt sound too goofy or anything.

Youse a training animal too, 6 hours of running in this cold is a lot of running. It helps that I sold my car a couple of years ago, so that if I want to go anywhere it at least has to start w/ my own two feet.

outthere: it is not goofy at all...it's all connected..mind' body, and soul thx.....
that is good...i tried it yesterday with a tight solius...it helped me too...yesterday was an incredible mental exercise while running ...always great when it is over ...i promised myself today off but was antsy to train.......
