Was at WPR Tu, 5/15. Had plans for Harriman but had a Cross Sound Ferry sked that got in way. Was using 1/15 - such a lovely place (taken Tues.). Have known for years. Better than Blue Mt....?:).

It's pretty wonderful, and wonderfully pretty, but I will remain ever faithful to Blue Mtn.

Bob, any chance you could email me a high res version of your "lovely place" photo?

All the way to Singapore?:) Be glad to but don't see an email address in your profile. It's an 885kb photo, would that be good/big enough?

Neil, might you have found a neat place near WPR and said your above, inserting WPR for BM? Though I don't think Cross River/Pound Ridge has much to offer but nice woods & houses hidden in trees. Peekskill seems a world apart and on a rail commuter line to somewhere else when needed. Work in White Plains?

Work at junction of 134 and Taconic, same distance to WhP or Peekskill, but Peekskill is better. Peekskill has most of what I need.
