thats pretty solid, recovry is gd, and the times were consistent. wats the max u hav got ur HR to ever?
bout 187 i think. up the hill at sandy crack the other week. i havent run hard enough since then to get it much higher than 180.
nice work kieran - a big improvement with pacing etc from a year ago when you started doing this kind of training. I would think about doing some longer speed work at this time of year - more like 1km or 1500m reps as well as the shorter stuff.
yea ive been trying to get the old intervals going like we used to do round uni last year but people are being slack. and they are about 1000x harder by myself
Maybe if i get a moped or sumthing i can come and pace ya.
