Way to go man, if this was on purpose. With your job, I figure it would be kind of hard to drop pounds, since you're probably adding a lot of muscle, and your paycheck counts on you having enough physical energy. My best job/weight loss combo was when I was in an office. My keystroke repeats weren't really effected by my hunger.
Thanks. Yeah...on purpose, but not my focus. Yes adding muscle, but a ~30 mile round trip bike commute 3 times a week is keeping me lean...that and a diet high in raw fruit/vegi.
