It's on! I had 9:19 on my clock they had me at 9:24. Some guys said it was one of tge hardest days ever at LV. Winds were crazy, all the 605 and blackstar guys were slower than the year before. I think 8:40 or better is possible.

I think so. You are probably a much better biker than those guys. They may just have a little more skill on the MTB and then they didn't have to go through so much traffic.

It actually went be really fast. The climb up to the top is not that bad to be honest. There are sections where 95% of the people walk. I think it is rideable without all the craziness. The hardest part is from 80 miles on. If you get stuck out in the open like I was and completely solo on the flats you are hosed! Some sections Kurt and I were pulling the entire group and nobody would move up to the front. Kurt was going off, I was thinking this is one hell of a build for Kona! 112 is going to seem like a piece of cake!

Thanks James, you guys would crush this race. It would be sweet if we all could do it together. The altitude was not that bad. Just those last miles from 80 to 104. The race is actually 104 even they advertise as 100. I would have broke 9 if it really was 100 miles.

I think we should all do TS100 next year as a warm up ;-)

Congrats Chad! Ride that downhill build to Kona! Kurt is a beast too huh.

Slate that looked like fun in a sadistic way. Kurt is a beast just needs to be provoked once in awhile.
