not bad. Kinda glove like. They use lace loops and not holes, which I'm not wild about because you can't micro adjust and it has a scree sock cover over laces so kinda pain to lace, but once laced and adjusted, not bad. 4mm drop and good sticky rubber traction. I actually found them to be really good on loose CO single track. I'm going to get a pair to mix in and train in. Worth wearing one pair out. :)
