I'm looking for a ride for two people (sis and me) from NYC or Newark area to PEEC either late on Thursday night or early on Friday. We can take rail somewhere to get scooped up, but time will certainly be limited on Friday morning.
Norwegian gifts (cheese slicers?) still on offer. ;-)

We can still offer two spaces, but on Thursday morning (before about 9 am), from JFK vicinity.

Unfortunately I have to be in NYC on Thursday evening, so looking for a late ride.
I think we can make it out to, say, Dover, NJ by train Thursday evening if that gets us close to anybody. (Any better transit suggestions from locals?)

I'm picking up my parents from Port Jervis (train from Penn), which is right next to I84 for those coming from MA/CT etc. Unfortunately we are full, but perhaps someone else is going that way?

Not sure it's possible to get to port jervis early enough on Friday to make it to the event on time. Also think it may be too far on Thursday evening. I'd be fine with someone proving me wrong, though. :-)

I could leave from ~Penn station as early as 8pm if necessary.
Don't want anyone to go out of their way - we could always crash near Newark again Thurs and rent a car if our plans don't align with anyone else's.

We are in Poughkeepsie Thursday night. 1.5 hour train from Grand Central (if I remember from in HS ).
Free accommodation in Poughkeepsie of course. Or maybe meet you somewhere between Beacon or north on Friday morning.

I'm also looking for a ride from JFK Thursday evening. My flight arrives at 7:00 PM. During the event I'm sharing lodging/rental car with another BAOC member who arrives few days earlier. I'm also looking for a ride back to JFK Sunday evening. My return flight is at 5:55 PM.

Hi ! I am also looking for a ride from NYC/NJ area on Thursday. Hopefully I would like to be there on time for the model event, but anytime will work for me.
