| Wyatt: | Sorry to hear your knee is still bothering you.
If your knee really hurts, enough to slow you a bunch as I see it did yesterday, then please do not try to follow the training plan I've written up. Take some time off running if needed. Do some other sport/exercise that doesn't hurt the knee for a while, if it's hurting from running. |

| Acampbell: | I was planning on doing that, then my dad thought that it might be my shoes and having to many miles on them. So i got gel insoles to put in my shoes until i find a new par that i like (as i haven't found my same shoe again) So i tried them today in track when we ran drills and my knee was fine. So i think i'm going to play it by ear and maybe not run that long of a distance right now. does that sound like an ok idea? or should i just take time off running all together? |

| Wyatt: | As long as your knee doesn't hurt (as apparently it didn't today) then running is fine. I'm happy to hear the insole helped. |

| Samantha: | My knees were hurting for awhile about a year ago, and I just couldn't figure out why. I've never had any real pain in my knees before that and I wasn't running any more on the roads. Eventually, I got new shoes and, presto, all knee pain went away! So that might also be your problem. |

| Acampbell: | That sounds exactly what is going on. I have no idea why my knees/caves are hurting, and as you can see i haven't really been doing that much. And it like just started all of asudden. So my dad went with me today and got new shoes (two pairs i'm so happy!!! one for like track and pavment running and one for like trail/muddy places) so i'm hoping that will solve my problem. |
