Tooms: Yes, it is a bit hot. Have decided to bail from my long run tonight as I suspect it'll be still up around 42 degrees and I will paddle instead. Won't hurt to rest the legs. Hardly conducive to contemplating terrain training for Easter either...

Craig: Rachel convinced me to run in the morning instead of 5pm. I'm glad she did, it was lovely out there at 7am.
Tooms - Malmalling can be a lot cooler in the mornings. When we started on Monday morning it was 22.8 in the city and 13.5 at Malmalling.

Tooms: Mm, I saw that on your log Craig, sounds nice! Now to just fit it in...

The coast will provide relief while I'm paddling as I will constantly find ways of staying wet!
