What is the logic behind the age groups used for this event? Noticing is Glen 21+ in some years, 45+ in others, for example.

You get to choose to compete in any category for which you are eligible (before you start). I chose M45 this year, but there is no logic behind my decision.

I think Glen's logic is "go fast" and "get in first place" so it doesn't matter what category he picks.
