Oooo, new cycleway...sounds exciting!

Yeah, it was pretty good actually. I joined it at Hillsborough Rd and went though to the end at Maioro St. Expect that they will extend it when the SW is finished although not too sure what they'll do when the motorway disappears into the tunnel under waterview...

And the path is further away from the motorway than NW one, which is nicer - no crap from the cars ending up on the path

Cool! How long has that been open?

Not too sure - I only heard about it at work from someone who lives out that way. No more than a couple of years though as the motorway is pretty new ;-)
