| Anna: | One of the hardest parts of being injured is wanting to be better but trying not to start back too soon. It's tricky since it can feel completely better just walking around but still cause problems while running. On Thursday, I'm running for the first time in more than a month, and I had to set a 20 min. limit NO MATTER WHAT so I don't get excited and overdo it. Good luck with your recovery! |
