Visa and travel assistance? Monetary or guidance?

First, we'll make sure you have the invitation, which is a piece of paper necessary for you to obtain a visa. This will be free (you can easily obtain a legitimate one yourself for $18+). Second, the area of the rogaine itself is relatively remote and few convenient accommodation options are available; we'll make the bookings. And indeed there will be guidance!

Word “Pustoshka” caught my eye. In Russian this is literally “empty remote location”, deservedly named this way: it is very remote and rural. Visited it a few times in 1980s. Great terrain for orienteering.
Aborigines did not probably see an American in their lives, maybe only on TV. I wish you lots of luck there. You may need it.
