You can use a variety of software to do it.

Out of the box you should have gotten Garmin Training Center and access to Garmin Connect. Using the ANT, you have to upload to the web based Garmin Connect (make an account for yourself) and it'll automatically update Training Center (local storage) if you want it to. Training Center works well enough to show you the shape of the route along with splits if saved and a few other fields. It'll save a history and let you export a GPX file for your track for use w/other software.

If you make an annual contribution to Attackpoint (see the Donate link below at the bottom) you can import directly to AP and see your loop on a variety of map types, including aerial and 3D imagery.

Using SportTrack will also let you record a history.

A good number of people seem to like QuickRoute too but I've never used it. It has a nice color coding to a track that tells you your speed at that point.

P.S. Unless you were really flying, you might want to fix the mileage on this entry. Uploading a track directly to AP will automatically put in a distance and time from your watch.
