14 months since the last track session and I was crap! I started in the top group but lasted only 400+m and joined the next group down. So I did 6.5*700m in sub 2:30 - that's pants. Punishment is more track sessions - boo!
Another point Mike - the 4th hard day in a row? Is this good?
Well, Saturday wasn't really hard and I only trained once yesterday. Just trying to get a couple of weeks good training in the sharpen up.
