msm: This phenomenon must be universal. At my club they range from the 22 year old beauty queens who can't get on a spin bike unless their hair is perfect along with the make up. Funny thing is they don't sweat either..what's up with that. Then you have woman who think they can ride Paris-Nice that have never been out of that room on a bike. Not saying that I am a pro by any means but there is nothing like the real wind in your face versus a fan&.. :-)

roschi: hehe, you re so right... the reason why they dont sweat is because they do not put any resistance on the bike but look like they are working hard... its all about the looks after all :)

msm: Oh yeah, some how that slipped my mind on Saturday in the pouring rain and mud riding mountain bikes. I have to remember ...how do I look? Darn,,I mess that up every time. :)

roschi: oh man it was pretty darn muddy and rainy on sunday wasnt it?
speaking of rain, dirt and snow...who did you race the 4th D winter AR again? do you have regular teammates for the season? i am a bit of a match.com for adventure racers up here if you ever need extra teammates!

msm: It sure was and it was awesome!!

Our team split into two groups Snowblind and Frostbite. :-) We didn't fair to well with me twisting my knee and my teamate had a back issue from earlier in the week. I must say though, we had a lot of fun!!! Our team is sort of liquid with the word going out and then seeing who wants to do it.
By all means keep me in mind. And if we need folks I will let you know. This is my first year and feel like such a novice but I have a huge heart to do AR. I am really excited about learning from people in this sport. Everyone, including yourself, has been so helpful.

I wanted to let you know that I bought a kayak. 17ft. Necky Chatham. Found it on Craig's list here in Oly. It is awesome, can't wait to get out and see how we work together.

Uhh..do you do match.com for AR singles...LOL, just kidding.
