I clicked on v-dot. Looks good. Can you explain when it appears in your log? Not sure I believe your v-dot. As I put in 38:00 for 10km for me. Infact the other week I ran just over 38.5 but I then had to cycle 40km and then 5km run. So I was holding back a little. This transponds to 2:55ish for the LM which is what I am aiming for. BTW, I won't be stopping on the line to just beat my PB!

Yeah, there are a couple of climbs but I haven't put the climb in, so I guess that would affect the v-dot. To be honest, I don't even look at the v-dot.

not much of climbs though its only about 100m total.

As soon as you put climb on it takes off the v-dot
