Your putting in some good distance on your runs! In 3.5hrs I only reach about 30km out here. Some of that is due to the conditions on the trail and the elevalion gain, but there is no way I'd run that fast on a trail in the best conditions! You will be primed by the time race season start.

Your Alberta 30km easily beats my Ontario 45!

Got a long run planned this weekend?

Bent - same run but on Saturday this time. Is it Ice Alley up your way again right now?

There's a group that does long runs on weekends. Ice capades here right now for sure, so maybe not too enticing for you. Looking forward to doing Hockley loops with the CCC/UTMB gang once it thaws a bit.

I'll probably try your loop this Saturday too Storm, maybe see you enroute.
Since I am afraid to go back to Hockley. I have never been so defeated by a trail before. :(
'Bent can't wait until it thaws out. Might check it out Sunday after GRR, but for sure the weekend after.
