| msm: | Way to listen to your body. I usually go on 4-5 hours of sleep but then I crash for 8 once a week. Sometimes you just need to shut it down and there is nothing wimpy about it. Your bike and run might not have been as good as it was if you didn't.
Last time I checked we are all still human although sometimes that "Super Adventure Racer" Cape and Tights gets in the way of our thinking. :-) hehe. With rest you will still be able leap tall building. :-) |
