ug. i'm finding that out. i thought i found a really cool spot but they're booked up. i don't travel much these days, so i wanted to actually be somewhere nice, instead of a crappy motel room. and i don't want to be a million miles away for my early start times!! keep looking...

ok got one :))))

Where ya stayin? I stayed at the Bear Mountain Inn a few years ago. Pretty sweet (in the Beaver Lodge), but second night it was filled with local high school (maybe?) partiers till 4am. I'd still stay there again, but next time just call the desk, then the cops. :)

Hey! That's the place I thought looked cool but they are booked :( I can't believe I didn't come across your review while looking...

So it's the Holiday Inn Express for me! They are a bit on the expensive side but it's super close and will be basic and comfy and have the fridge and microwave I need in case I can't find anything edible. (You know me, I'll be stocked for kingdom come.)

Thanks for your suggestion - next time, definitely!

Hey, when you stay at the Holiday Inn Express, you wake up an expert. At least, according to the commercials. Those are always true, right? Should be good for your navigation skills ;-)
